- In case of any cancellation of booking, 10% of total sale amount will be deducted.
- Total sale value includes 6% stamp duty, 5% GST for shops/otfices & 1% for residential units. Any change in above or any additional charge of duties & taxes levied by government/local authority during or after the completion of the project will be bome by the buyer.
- All rights reserved by the developer for alteration / modification / improvement in specification / olovation colour scheme changes in dimensions and planning shall be binding to all
- Internal changes shall be done with prior permission and shall be charged in advance.
- Imegular payments may attract interest or lead to cancellation of booking/s
- Changes in external elevation shall not be permitted.
